Uses a positive and clear speaking voice, listens to and understands requests, responds with appropriate action and provide accurate information such outlet hours, special VIP programs, events, etc. Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.Provides welcome packet containing room keys, and Wi-Fi information. Non-verbally confirms the room number and rate. Completes the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from the system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate.Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our property. Closes guest accounts upon completion of their stay.
